Företagshälsovård

Avtalet avser företagshälsovård för kommunens/bolagens medarbetare, i enlighet med Arbetsmiljölagen (1977:1160).

Företagshälsovården ska leverera tjänster inom arbetsmiljö- och rehabiliteringsområdet och ska agera som en oberoende expertkompetens för kommunernas/bolagens alla chefer och medarbetare. Företagshälsovården ska bistå kommunerna/bolagen i dessa processer. Detta gäller främjande, förebyggande och efterhjälpande tjänster ur ett friskfaktors perspektiv för såväl individer, grupper och organisation. Företagshälsovården ska ha en tydlig avgränsning gentemot traditionell sjukvård.

Avtalet är inte exklusivt och Beställare har rätt att avropa/upphandla resurser från annan Leverantör.
