      1. Suitability to pursue the professional activity, including requirements relating to enrolment on professional or trade registers:
         List and brief description of conditions:

         Als Nachweis für die persönliche Leistungsfähigkeit und zum Nachweis des Nichtvorliegens von Ausschlussgründen gemäß §§ 123 und 124 GWG sind mit dem Angebot die Eigenerklärung Bieter mit BbgVergG (V008) und die Eigenerklärung zum BMWK-Rundschreiben einzureichen.

         Als Nachweis für die Befähigung und Erlaubnis zur Berufsausübung ist mit dem Angebot außerdem eine Kopie der Gewerbeanmeldung bzw. falls zutreffend eine aktuelle Gewerbemeldung einzureichen.

         Als Nachweis für die wirtschaftliche und finanzielle Leistungsfähigkeit und zum Nachweis des Nichtvorliegens von Ausschlussgründen gemäß §§ 123 und 124 GWG sind mit dem Angebot die Eigenerklärung Unternehmensdarstellung (V007-1) einzureichen.

      3. Technical and professional ability:

         Als Nachweis für die technische und berufliche Leistungsfähigkeit ist mit dem Angebot eine Eigenerklärung über tatsächlich vorliegende geeignete Referenzen (mindestens 3) der letzten 5 Jahre (Formular V009_Eigenerklärung Referenzen) einzureichen.

         Soweit der Bieter den Einsatz von Unterauftragnehmern und/oder zugleich die Eignungsleihe beabsichtigt, muss mit dem Angebot das Formular V013_Nachunternehmereinsatz eingereicht werden. Bei beabsichtigter Bildung einer Bietergemeinschaft ist das entsprechende Formular (V016) einzureichen.

         Die Formulare V014 uns V015 werden ggf. von der Auftraggeberin gesondert angefordert.
