⑷ Delivery period : By 22, January, 2024.
However, the delivery shall be made in two installments before the deadline, and the schedule shall be as stated in the specifications.
⑸ Delivery place : The places specified by the Obligating Officer
⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
A not come under Article 4 or 5 concerning the Contract for The National Center for University Entrance Examinations,
B have the Grade A, B or C qualification during fiscal 2023 in the Kanto･Koushin-etsu area in sales of product for participating in tenders by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology, which is Single qualification for every ministry and agency, as described in Section 1 of Article 6 concerning the Contract for The National Center for University Entrance Examinations,
C meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 6 concerning the Contract for The National Center for University Entrance Examinations,
D not be currently under a suspension of business order as instructed by the Obligating Officer.
