Summay of notice	⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Kuroki Hiromasa, Director of General Affairs Division, Kansai airport Quarantine Station. ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 7 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : Working-wear for Quarantine officer. ⑷ Delivery period : 27 March 2024 ⑸ Delivery place : Kansai airport Quarantine Station ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause ; ② not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Au-diting and Accounting ; ③ have Grade A, B or C in "Manufacture of product" in the Kinki district, in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal year, 2022, 2023 and 2024 ④ prove to have no false statement in tendering documents. ⑤ prove neither the business condition or credibility is deteriorating. ⑥ do not be a period receiving a nomination stop from Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare. ⑦ meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 73 of the Cabinet Order ⑺ Time-limit for tender : 4 : 00 PM, 15 September, 2023 ⑻ Contact point for the notice : Kai Megumi of the Accountant General Unit, General Affairs Division, Kansai airport Quarantine station, CIQ Godochosha 4F, 1 Sensyu Kuko naka Tajiri-cho, Sennangun, Osaka 549-0011 TEL 072-455-1280
