Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause ⒝ Not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting ⒞ Have Grade A, B or C "Selling" in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2022/2023/2024 and have qualification for participating in competition of the Kanto・Koushinetu region, ⒟ Obtain registraction of the electricity retail business in accordance with Article 2-2, of the Electricity Business Act ⒠ Fulfill the requirement mentioned in the tender manual that are stated from the viewpoint of reducing CO. ⒡ Meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 73 of the Cabinet Order. ⒢ Acquire the electronic certificate in case of using the Electronic Procurement system https://www.nyusatsu.geps.go.jp/OMP/ Accepter/ ⑺ Time-limit for tender : 16 : 00 31 August 2023 ⑻ Contact point for the notice : ISHII Toshio, Procurement Section, Accounting Division, Meteorological Satellite Center, 3-235 Nakakiyoto, kiyose City, Tokyo 204-0012 Japan TEL 042-493-4964
