Furthermore, minors, persons under conservatorship or persons under Assistance who obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause. ② Do not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ③ Are not being suspended from transactions by request of the officials in charge of contract. ④ Have Grade A, B, C or D in the "Offer of service" in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Ministry of Environment (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal year 2022, 2023 and 2024. ⑤ Promise to obey the pledge on gang exclusion which is shown in the tender manual. ⑥ A supplier who have participated in the tender explanatory meeting. ⑺ Date and time for tender explanatory meeting : 11 : 00 AM, July 28, 2023 ⑻ Time-limit for tender : 1 : 30 PM, September 8, 2023 ⑼ Contact point for the notice : HIGASHI Takayuki, Radiation Monitoring Division, Radiation Protection Department, Nuclear Regulation Authority. 1-9-9, Roppongi, Minato-ku, Tokyo 106-8450 Japan.
