Summay of notice	⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Kouda Noriyasu, Director of General Affairs Division, Sendai Quarantine Station. ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 7 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : Working-wear for Quarantine officer. ⑷ Delivery period : 27 March 2024 ⑸ Delivery place : Sendai Quarantine Station ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause ; ② not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting ; ③ have Grade A, B or C in "Manufacture of product" in the Touhoku district, in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal year, 2022, 2023 and 2024 ④ prove to have no false statement in tendering documents. ⑤ prove neither the business condition nor credibility is deteriorating. ⑥ do not be a period receiving a nomi-nation stop from Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare. ⑦ meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 73 of the Cabinet Order ⑺ Time-limit for tender : 5 : 00 PM, 4 September, 2023 ⑻ Contact point for the notice : Horiuchi Jin of the Accountant General Unit, General Affairs Division, Sendai Quarantine Station,3-4-1,TEIZANDOORI,SHIO- GAMA-SHI, 985-0011 TEL 022-367-8100
