Summay of notice	⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : OKI Shoichi, Director-General of Geospatial Information Authority of Japan ⑵ Classification of the services to be procured : 71, 27 15, 28 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : Improving resilience of GNSS Earth Observation Network System for Natural Disaster (Updating GNSS data receiving and distribution systems), 1 set ⑷ Fulfillment period : From the day after the contract through 22 March, 2024 ⑸ Fulfillment place : as in the tender documentation ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① not come under Articles 70 and 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting ② have Grade A or B on "provision of services" in Kanto Koushinetsu area in terms of qualification for participating in tenders by Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal year 2022/2023/2024. ③ not be under suspension of nomination by Director-General of Geospatial Information Authority of Japan from Time-limit for tender to Bid Opening ④ acquire the electric certificate in case of using the Electronic Procurement system https://www.geps.go.jp/ ⑤ not be the supplier that a gangster influences management substantially or the person who has exclusion request from Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism is continuing state concerned ⑥ The person who obtained a bid manual from the person of ordering directly by Time-limit for the submission of application forms and relevant documents for qualification ⑦ The person who has proven to have performed one of the following tasks in the past five years (form 1 April, 2018 to 31 March, 2023) ⒜ development of systems with redundancy to continue real-time data communication in a failure of communication line or equipments in a closed network connecting multiple sites ⒝ development or improvement of systems for constantly receiving and processing real-time observation data at observation facilities ⑺ Time-limit for the submission of application forms and relevant documents for qualification : 16 : 00 17 August, 2023 ⑻ Time-period for tender : from 9 : 00 6 September, 2023 through 16 : 00 13 September, 2023 ⑼ Contact point for the notice : Contract Section, Contract Division, General Affairs Department, Geospatial Information Authority of Japan, Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, 1-Kitasato, Tsukuba, Ibaraki, 305-0811 Japan.
