         le marché concerne la collecte des déchets ménagers en porte à porte (Pap) sur la partie Est du territoire (Bocage et Vihiersois) et en apport volontaire (Pav) sur l"ensemble du territoire de l"agglomération du Choletais ainsi que l"entretien de ces colonnes d"apport volontaire pour les années 2025 à 2031.

         A noter que, conformément à l"article 14.1 du CCTP, l"agglomération du Choletais exige que les véhicules de collecte principaux soient neufs au début du marché (achetés ou loués).

         Le détail des prestations est indiqué au cahier des clauses techniques particulières et ses annexes.

         Les prestations seront exécutées à partir du 1er juillet 2025.

         Les prix du bordereau des prix unitaires seront appliqués aux quantités réellement exécutées.

         A noter que le taux de TVA appliqué sera de :

         5,5 % pour les emballages et le verre

         10 % pour les ordures ménagères
