Das Leistungs-Soll wird ohne diese zusätzliche Leistung an den Wochenenden nicht erreicht. Die Zusatzleistung ist somit zwingend erforderlich. Erhebliche Verzögerungen im Leistungsablauf bei besonderen zeitlichen Zwängen (Berücksichtigung von festgelegten Sperrpausen). Außerdem würde ein Wechsel des AN zu Leistungen mit unterschiedlichen technischen Merkmalen führen, die mit Schwierigkeiten im Betrieb verbunden wären oder erhöhte Instandhaltung bedingen.
