         Die Bundesagentur für Arbeit sowie die Bauprojekt Hanau Baubetreuungs- und Projektentwicklungsgesellschaft mbH beabsichtigen im Stadtgebiet der Stadt Hanau eine gemeinsame bürgerfreundliche und innovative Anlaufstelle "rund um das Erwerbsleben" neu zu errichten. Hierfür sollen für ca. 524 Mitarbeiter der BA (209 MA), der Stadt Hanau (124 MA) und der noch zu gründenden gemeinsamen Einrichtung (191 MA) kosteneffiziente, zukunftsfähige und nachhaltige Büroflächen auf einem bereits definierten Areal im Stadtgebiet Hanau errichtet werden, die zudem das Konzept und die Zielvorstellung einer bürgerfreundlichen und transparenten Verwaltung in bestmöglicher Weise umsetzt. Die NGF nach DIN 277 beträgt insgesamt ca. 17.000 m². Es handelt sich dabei um drei Baukörper, von denen zwei Baukörper von der Stadt Hanau und der gemeinsamen Einrichtung genutzt werden und ein Baukörper von der Bundesagentur für Arbeit. Nutzflächen (NUF 1-7) der drei Baukörper: Bundesagentur für Arbeit: 3.881 m² Stadt Hanau: 6.094 m² gemeinsame Einrichtung: 3.540 m² Gegenstand der Ausschreibung sind folgende Planungsleistungen: Leistungen gem. Teil 4, Abschnitt 2 HOAI, technische Ausrüstung für die Anlagengruppen 1-8 nach § 53 Abs.2 HOAI: LPH 1-9 Es ist eine stufenweise Beauftragung in folgenden Abschnitten vorgesehen: Stufe 1: LPH 1-2 Stufe 2: LPH 3-4 Stufe 3: LPH 5-7 Stufe 4: LPH 8-9 Ein Recht auf Weiterbeauftragung nach Abschluss einer Stufe besteht nicht. Mit dem obsiegenden Bieter werden zwei separate Verträge jeweils mit der Bundesagentur für Arbeit und der BAUprojekt Hanau Baubetreuungs- und Projektentwicklungsgesellschaft mbH abgeschlossen.
