Nature and extent of the modifications (with indication of possible earlier changes to the contract):

Modification de la périodicité de la révision des prix : auparavant appliquée selon un rythme annuel, elle passe à un rythme trimestriel.

Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee (Art. 43(1)(c) of Directive 2014/23/EU, Art. 72(1)(c) of Directive 2014/24/EU, Art. 89(1)(c) of Directive 2014/25/EU)
Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

A compter du quatrième trimestre 2021, et de manière plus marquée depuis février 2022, les coûts de matières premières ont connu une flambée aiguë et imprévisible de nature à remettre en cause les conditions économiques définies dans l"accord-cadre. Pour cette raison, et afin de répercuter de manière plus réactive la hausse des indices, il a été choisi d"augmenter la périodicité de la révision des prix, passant celle-ci d"un rythme annuel à un rythme trimestriel.
