Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Der AN ist mit Leistungen zur Errichtung des neuen Modulgebäudes ESTW Oranienburg beauftragt. Die Einrichtung von Baustrom direkt neben dem Standort des Modulgebäudes ist nicht im Auftrag des AN enthalten. Diese Leistung muss zusätzlich beauftragt werden. Eine zusätzliche Firma müsste in den Sachverhalt neu eingearbeitet werden und würde eine weitere Schnittstelle im Projekt bedeuten, die zusätzlichen zeitlichen und finanziellen Aufwand zur Folge hätte. Zudem würde ein zusätzliches Ausschreibungsverfahren zu Verzögerungen im Bauablauf führen und so zu erheblichen Zusatzkosten.
