         Information, Dialog & Interaktion mit unseren Mitarbeiter:innen sind entscheidende Erfolgsfaktoren, um wichtige Konzernthemen zu kommunizieren. Mit den Kolleg:innen der Eventabteilung organisiert das Kommunikationsteam der ÖBB-Holding AG u. a. die konzernübergreifenden Großevents, die hauptsächlich in Wien stattfinden. Zusätzlich gibt es innerhalb der Teilgesellschaften Events für jeweilige spezifische Zielgruppen (intern & extern), auch in den Bundesländern.

         Ein wichtiges Leitevent ist das ÖBB Executive UPDATE. Es ist DIE Führungskräfteveranstaltung des Konzerns. 2024 wird es zudem auch wieder den ÖBB Mitarbeiter:innen-Award geben. Für diese und weitere Events wird eine Agentur bestehend aus Event-Fachexpert:innen gesucht, die ein Gefühl für Kreativ-Konzepte im Eventbereich hat. Wir benötigen keine organisatorischen Umsetzer:innen, sondern kreative und strategische Berater:innen, die ein Händchen für die große Event-Story, fürs Event-Design und für inhaltliche Wow-Effekt haben.

          Der Auftraggeber hat das einseitige Gestaltungsrecht (Optionsrecht), die Rahmenvereinbarung nach freiem Ermessen durch einseitige Erklärung gegenüber den RV-Partnern über diese Dauer hinaus zu verlängern (Laufzeitoption).
