         Växjö kommun avser att upphandla kommunikation som tjänst dvs föra samman operatörstjänster med växel tjänster och där tillhörande system.

         Växjö kommun avser att förhålla sig till telefoni som tjänst. Kostnader ska linjärt spegla behovet och vara anpassat till en flexibel skalbarhet. Hög säkerhet och maximal tillgänglighet är viktiga faktorer hela vägen ner på användarnivå.

         Kommunikation som tjänst ska utvecklas och följa den tekniska utvecklingen, allmän effektivisering, nya versioner, omkategorisering samt uppdaterat utbud inom ramen för Tjänsternas funktioner.

         Växjö kommun söker en proaktiv leverantör för rådgivning och förslag i strategiska-, optimerings- och tjänsteutvecklingsfrågor generellt för kommunikation som tjänst. Leverantören ska känna ansvara att tillsammans med Växjö kommun utveckla området för såväl teknisk lösning som ekonomiska frågor.

         Viss lösningsorienterad hårdvara kan ingå i föreslagen tjänst eller funktion.

         Upphandlingsobjekt och omfattning

         Växjö kommun avser att upphandla kommunikation som tjänst dvs föra samman operatörstjänster med växel tjänster och där tillhörande system.
