Need for additional works, services or supplies by the original contractor/concessionaire (Art. 43(1)(b) of Directive 2014/23/EU, Art. 72(1)(b) of Directive 2014/24/EU, Art. 89(1)(b) of Directive 2014/25/EU)

Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

O 6.º Adicional contempla, entre outras, a Ordem de Execução n.º 164-OE-020-EOD. Erros e Omissões detetados no prazo de 60 dias após a consignação- Águas e Esgotos. Sucede, que após a emissão da Ordem de Execução 164-OE-020-EOD, verificou-se a necessidade de corrigir a quantidade de câmaras ordenadas no artigo 5.1.4.3.2.4.1 [1] de 21 unidades para 18 unidades, por se ter verificado que duas deveriam ser sifonadas e a terceira deveria ter 1250mm de diâmetro de acordo com o Regulamento Geral dos Sistemas Públicos e Prediais de Distribuição de Águas e de Drenagens de águas Residuais, do que resultou a necessidade de proceder à revisão da ordem de execução para acolher esta alteração.
