Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Die Mehrkosten begründen sich in zusätzlichen Leistungen des Gewerkes OLA aufgrund von zum Vertragsabschluss nicht vorhersehbaren Gegebenheiten vor Ort, bzw. technischern Erfordernissen. Der Charakter der durch den Auftragnehmer geschuldeten Leistung ändert sich nicht. Lediglich die Menge / die Dimensionierung muss angepasst werden. Eine Vergabe an einen anderen AN ist daher nicht möglich.
