         - de nacelles élévatrices de 12 à 62 T/M.

         Les objets à lever sont des matériels exempts de matière radioactive ou d’autres matières dangereuses, à l’exception de transformateurs non complètement nettoyés pouvant contenir de l’huile de transfos.

         Réalisations à la demande de l’Entreprise de prestations de transport en Corse et Corse depuis/vers la France continentale pour des charges <30tonnes (L4xl2.5xh2.4).

         L"article R. 2143-3 CCP impose une déclaration sur l’honneur à chaque candidat pour pouvoir participer.

         Chaque candidat doit fournir une déclaration sur l"honneur pour justifier qu"il n"entre dans aucun des cas mentionnés aux articles L. 2141-1 à L. 2141-5 et L. 2141-7 à L. 2141-11 du CCP notamment qu"il satisfait aux obligations concernant l"emploi des travailleurs handicapés définies aux articles L. 5212-1 à L. 5212-11 du code du travail.
