         Deze opdracht omvat inkoop en levering van geschenken via een punch-out catalogus.

         Het betreffen geschenken voor medewerkers, zakelijke relaties en burgers en worden weggegeven of verstuurd bij zowel bepaalde interne als externe gelegenheden. De artikelen zijn niet bedoeld voor eigen gebruik door de Aanbestedende Dienst, maar om te schenken aan een collega, burger of andere zakelijke relatie.

         De opdrachtnemer neemt de bestellingen aan, verwerkt, distribueert en levert de bestellingen af op desbetreffende adressen (kantoor, huis, project, etc).

         Het aanbod van geschenken moet zichtbaar zijn in 4 categorieën:

         - Duurzaam / circulair aanbod

         - Lokaal aanbod

         - Food

         - Non-food
