II.2.4)Description of the procurement:

le projet porte sur le réaménagement du centre-bourg qui a fait l"objet d"un phasage, dont la première opération consiste en l"aménagement des parcelles situées au sud de l"église, nommées " Îlot Gaston " et d"une partie de la rue du Ballon.

Cette opération se compose de trois volets :

- un volet architectural, comprenant l"implantation d"un espace commercial, pour accueillir au minimum deux activités ;

- un second volet d"aménagement d"espaces publics afin de mettre en valeur l"église et le futur espace commercial et, de permettre la tenue de manifestations et d"évènements divers.

- Un dernier volet concerne des travaux de voiries sur la rue du Ballon, qui sera recalibrée à la suite de l"élargissement de la chaussée et la mise en place d"une voie cyclable

des primes seront allouées aux candidats retenus pour le 2ème tour par le pouvoir adjudicateur conformément aux propositions du jury. Seuls les candidats ayant remis des prestations conformes au règlement et au programme du concours bénéficieront d"une prime forfaitaire de 8 500 euro ht soit 10 200euro (T.T.C.)
