        Sono ammessi alla gara gli operatori economici di cui all"art. 65 del D.Lgs.36/2023, costituiti da imprese singole o da imprese riunite alle condizioni previste dai successivi artt. 65 -67 – 68 - 100 ed in coassicurazione ex art. 1911 c.c., nonché i soggetti con sede in altri stati diversi dall’Italia. È richiesta iscrizione registro della camera di commercio, industria, artigianato e agricoltura o nel registro delle commissioni provinciali per l’artigianato.
