        Tutte le prestazioni potranno essere erogate “da remoto”, ovverosia presso i locali del fornitore, anche mediante l’ausilio di sistemi di videoconferenza.

        Le attività oggetto dell’appalto riguardano:

        a. l’acquisizione dei codici sorgente di una soluzione software per l’intermediazione tecnologica con pagoPA, senza limitazioni di sorta;

        b. l’erogazione di un servizio di assistenza, manutenzione, e adeguamento normativo del software fornito;

        c. (opzionale) la migrazione dei dati dal precedente software al nuovo oggetto del presente contratto;

        d. (opzionale) l’adeguamento software del client di colloquio application to application tra i verticali InfoCamere e la soluzione proposta;

        e. la consulenza professionale per evoluzioni e personalizzazioni richieste, a misura e senza minimo garantito, da InfoCamere sul software fornito o sul client di colloquio application to application;

        f. la formazione tecnica sul software fornito.
