Contenterstellung und Kreation für die gesamte Linienkommunikation folgender Kanäle: GUN-Newsletter, GUN-Community, Podcast, Social-Media-Kanäle (Facebook, Instagram, ggf. auch neue Kanäle)

Zusätzliche Leistungen:

Weiterentwicklung der Kanäle, QR-Code-Erstellung etc.

Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee (Art. 43(1)(c) of Directive 2014/23/EU, Art. 72(1)(c) of Directive 2014/24/EU, Art. 89(1)(c) of Directive 2014/25/EU)
Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Zum Zeitpunkt der damaligen Ausschreibung war die durch STAGE resultierende Neuaufteilung der Fachbereiche in die neuen Geschäftsbereiche nicht vorhersehbar. In der ursprüngliche Unternehmensorganisation gab es durch die Unterteilung in unterschiedliche Fachbereiche eine klare Trennung zwischen werblicher und redaktioneller Kommunikation. Diese unternehmerische Trennung wurde bei der Ausschreibung im Jahr 2020 auch beachtet. Durch STAGE wurde jedoch der Bereich Kommunikation neu aufgestellt, mit dem Ziel eine integrierte Kommunikation effizienter umzusetzen.Desweitern war es nicht absehbar, dass eine Zunahme von Vertragspartnern / Schnittstellen im Rahmen der Versichertenkommunikation für die AOK Baden-Württemberg ergeben werde. Dies erfolgt durch die vom Bundesverband veranlasste Ausschreibung der Versichertenkommunikation, die nun in 5 Lose aufgeteilt wurde anstatt wie bisher in 3 Lose.
