Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Vorgefundenen Bauzustände welche im Zuge der Arbeiten sichtbar wurden.Zusätzlich konnte an der ursprünglichen Planung, welche freigegeben wurden ist, festgehalten werden. Dadurch konnte eine vollständige Umplanung vermieden werden, wodurch der Terminplan im wesentlichen eingehalten wird.
