         Leveren van één containercarrier ten behoeve van de milieustraat in de gemeente Tilburg. Dit voertuig heeft ten doel om volle en lege haakarmcontainers te wisselen. Het voertuig wordt ook ingezet om vrachten te lossen bij acceptanten in de nabije omgeving. Het voertuig gaat hiervoor de openbare weg op. Vanwege de wens van de gemeente tot een snelle van het wagenpark van afdeling BAT wordt een batterij-elektrisch voertuig uitgevraagd.

         Aanbesteding met een Europese openbare procedure voor het levering van één containercarrier (batterij-elektrisch) voor gemeente Tilburg, afdeling BAT.

         Coöperatieve Vereniging Midwaste Milieu UA (Midwaste) is een samenwerkingsverband van 14 overheidsgedomineerde afval- en reinigingsdiensten, waarvan de leden verspreid zijn over het hele land. Met Midwaste kopen partners professioneel en gezamenlijk goederen en diensten in.          Deze tender betreft een Europese aanbesteding met een openbare procedure onder kenmerk 2023/MW/PV/08 en met naam T46244 Containercarrier (batterij-elektrisch) voor gemeente Tilburg, afdeling BAT.

         Het betreft de levering van één containercarrier ten behoeve van de milieustraat in de gemeente Tilburg. Dit voertuig heeft ten doel om volle en lege haakarmcontainers te wisselen.          Gunning is gebaseerd op Beste Prijs-KwaliteitVerhouding (BPKV), via gunnen op waarde.

         Deze aanbesteding zal uitsluitend en geheel digitaal online plaatsvinden gebruik makende van het Mercell-Source-to-Contract platform (www.negometrix.com / www.mercell.com). Een uitgebreide instructie met betrekking tot digitaal aanbesteden treft u aan in de Vragenlijsten.

         De Opdrachtgever behoudt zich, conform artikel 2.18.3 lid b van de Aanbestedingswet 2012, het recht voor om een gedeelte van de leveringen/ dienstverlening buiten deze aanbesteding om in de markt te zetten. Hierbij geldt dat de geraamde waarde minder dan € 80.000,00 (excl. BTW) en niet meer dan 20% van de totale waarde van de opdracht zal bedragen.
