         Die Rahmenvereinbarung wird pro Los mit einem Unternehmen geschlossen. Die Mindestabnahmemenge entspricht 80 % der im Leistungsverzeichnis genannten Zahlen und die Maximalabnahmemenge kann die im Leistungsverzeichnis genannten Stückzahlen um 20 % übersteigen.

         Eine Verpflichtung zur Abnahme in Höhe des geschätzten Auftragsvolumens resultiert hieraus nicht. Sie kann sich je nach Bedarf - ohne Auswirkungen auf den Angebotspreis und die Qualität - erhöhen oder verringern.
