         - Referenzen (mit dem Angebot mittels Eigenerklärung vorzulegen): Die Universität zu Köln erwartet zum Nachweis der Eignung für die Ausschreibung zur Lieferung von elektrischer Energie folgende Referenzen:

         Die Bieterin * der Bieter muss mindestens drei Referenzen die nach Art, Umfang und Schwierigkeitsgrad mit dem ausgeschriebenen Auftrag im Hinblick auf die Lieferung von Erdgas an öffentliche, industrielle oder gewerbliche Auftraggeber vergleichbar sind vorweisen. Die Referenzen dürfen nicht älter als drei Jahre sowie nicht vom zukünftigen Auftraggeber (UzK) sein. Die Jahresabgabe von Erdgas an Letztverbraucher in Deutschland betrug in den Jahren 2020, 2021 und 2022 jeweils mindestens 2.000.000 kWh.
