         De Aanbestedende dienst nodigt u hierbij uit om u in te schrijven voor de aanbesteding van de levering van een Tentsysteem inclusief verwarmingsinstallatie. 

         De hierbij gebruikte procedure is de openbare procedure uit de Aanbestedingswet 2012.

         De procedure verloopt volledig elektronisch via het online aanbestedingsplatform Negometrix. Nadere informatie over het gebruik van Negometrix leest u hier.

         De tent wordt aangeschaft en zal voor een periode van minimaal vijf (5) jaar op de locatie in Ede blijven staan. Gedurende deze periode dient er preventief en correctief onderhoud te worden uitgevoerd aan de verwarmingsinstallatie. De overeenkomst voor het onderhoud heeft een initiële looptijd van vijf (5) jaar. De overeenkomst kan vijf (5) keer met twaalf (12) maanden door de Aanbestedende dienst worden verlengd.
