Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Der vorhandene Oberboden im Muldenbereich wird abgetragen und zur Beprobung zwischengelagert. Der anstehende Boden unter der Muldensohle muss beprobt werden, um festzustellen, ob er versickerungsfähig ist. Ist dies nicht der Fall, muss es durch wasserdurchlässiges Material ersetzt werden. Das LV beinhaltet den Abtrag, die Zwischenlagerung und den Austausch des Bodens. Dennoch gibt es im LV keine Position für die Beprobung und Analytik zur Versickerungsfähigkeit von Oberboden.
