         Mit der umfassenden Gebäudesanierung soll das Gebäude B auf den neusten Stand der Technik gebracht werden. Neben einer energetischen Sanierung mit Passivhauskomponenten werden ein erstelltes Brandschutzkonzept umgesetzt, Schadstoffe gem. Gutachten entfernt, die Anforderungen an den Digital Pakt umgesetzt sowie das Lernumfeld nach den pädagogischen Anforderungen deutlich verbessert.
