         Hankinta on jaettu seuraaviin osa-alueisiin:

         A. Laituri- ja kenttäsuunnitteluttaminen ja -rakennuttaminen sekä valvonta

         B. Mekaanisten laiturivarusteiden suunnitteluttaminen, rakennuttaminen sekä valvonta

         C. Sähkötöiden rakennuttajapalvelut

         Tarjoaja voi jättää tarjouksen joko yhteen tai useampiin osa-alueista. Hankintayksikkö valitsee osa-alueittain yhden palveluntuottajan. Sopimus tehdään tarjouspyynnön liitteenä toimitetun sopimusmallin ehtojen mukaisesti.

         Sopimus syntyy, kun molemmat osapuolet ovat sen allekirjoittaneet. Palvelutuotanto alkaa erikseen sovittavana ajankohtana, kuitenkin viipymättä hankintasopimuksen allekirjoituksen jälkeen.
