         Inschrijver dient voor bovengenoemde productgroepen gebruikershardware te leveren, die voldoet aan de minimale configuratie van de bijbehorende productgroep opgenomen in Annex XI Minimale configuratie. Voor de productgroepen desktops, thin clients en laptops dient Inschrijver gebruikershardware aan te bieden van een merk dat wordt genoemd in het leaders kwadrant van Annex XI Gartner Magic Quadrant. Voor de overige productgroepen mag Inschrijver ook merken aanbieden, buiten de merken genoemd in Annex XII Gartner Magic Quadrant.

      Aanbestedende dienst hanteert een langere looptijd dan de voorgeschreven termijn in artikel 2.140 lid 3 Aanbestedingswet en motiveert dit als volgt:

      Bij de aanschaf van gebruikershardware maakt de Aanbestedende dienst gebruik van leaseconstructies, die worden aangegaan met een leasemaatschappij met een looptijd van vijf (5) jaar. Mede daarop heeft de Aanbestedende dienst zijn afschrijvingsbeleid afgestemd en ook deze vastgesteld op vijf (5) jaar. Derhalve wenst Aanbestedende dienst gedurende deze vijf (5) jaar één aanspreekpunt inzake gebruikershardware vanuit een rechtsgeldige en lopende raamovereenkomst.
