lors des études de projet, le maitre d"ouvrage a mis en évidence l"opportunité d"intégrer les études

dévoiement des réseaux d"assainissement et d"eau potable ce qui nécessite des moyens complémentaires pour mettre en oeuvre cette décision. La plus-value est de 27 000 euro (H.T.).
