Missions principales confiées au délégataire : gestion administrative et financière du service, exploitation des marchés d"approvisionnement (en ce inclus notamment l"animation, la promotion, le nettoyage des marchés), maintien en parfait état de fonctionnement des ouvrages.

Le délégataire exercera l"activité déléguée à ses risques et périls et sera rémunéré directement par les recettes perçues auprès des usagers. Il sera soumis au paiement d"une redevance annuelle d"occupation du domaine public versée à la Collectivité
