         The contest is for the provision of cleaning services for the directorate"s premises in Oslo, Karl Johans gate 7 (entrance from Dronningens gate and Biskop Gunnerius gate).

         The value of the procurement is estimated to be: NOK 3,000,000 excluding VAT (over 4 years), and is thus above the EEA threshold value. The value is an estimate and is not binding for the contracting authority.

         There is a plan to alter the contracting authority"s premises in 2024. This will be touched on during the site inspection and is also referred to in the area drawings in annexes 4 and 5.
