         Chacun a l’obligation de compléter les rubriques C, F1 et G. Concernant le chiffre d’affaire, doivent être précisés : le chiffre d"affaires global et le chiffre d"affaires concernant les travaux réalisés au cours des trois derniers exercices disponibles. Pour les structures faisant partie d’un groupe, le chiffre d’affaire à renseigner est celui de la structure qui réalisera les prestations, et non celui du groupe. Si le candidat le souhaite, les deux chiffres peuvent être indiqués.

         Le candidat indiquera dans le formulaire DC2 prérempli et fourni par Habitation Moderne dans le dossier de consultation :

         - Les effectifs moyens annuels du candidat et l"importance du personnel d"encadrement pour chacune des trois dernières années et l"indication des titres d"études et professionnels du candidat ou des cadres de l"entreprise, et notamment des responsables de prestation de conduite des travaux de même nature que celle du marché.

         - Liste des références sur des opérations similaires exécutées au cours des trois dernières années. Les éléments de preuve relatifs à des travaux exécutés il y a plus de trois ans pourront cependant être pris en compte.

         Pour les lots 656-Carrelage – Faïence, 660-Plomberie-Sanitaire, 684-Peinture intérieure et 688-Revêtement de sol stratifiés , la liste des références de travaux exécutés devra concerner de la promotion immobilière (destinés à de la vente) au cours des trois dernières années. Les éléments de preuve relatifs à des travaux exécutés il y a plus de trois ans pourront cependant être pris en compte.

         - La description des moyens matériels et technique dont dispose le candidat (2 pages A4 maximum, soit un recto et un verso au maximum)

         Pour les entités faisant partie d’un groupe, les éléments à indiquer sont ceux de l’entité qui réalisera les prestations, et non ceux du groupe. Si le candidat le souhaite, les deux peuvent être indiqués.
