         Le marché porte sur la fourniture et la livraison de régulateurs de pression et batteries de détentes gaz naturel. Le matériel doit être conforme à la Directive des Equipements Sous Pression DESP 2014/68/UE Art.4.3 (anciennement PED 97/23/CE Art. 3.3), à la norme NF E 29 190-2 et à la marque NF REG-GAZ (NF404). Les régulateurs doivent être autorisés d"utilisation sur des installations gaz combustible des bâtiments d"habitation individuelle ou collective y compris les parties communes, selon l"arrêté du 23 Février 2018. Ces équipements sont destinés à être exploités sur un réseau de distribution en gaz naturel et biogaz à une pression maximale de 5 bars pour une livraison de 21 et 300 mbar. Les régulateurs de type B, BCH, C, CCH ainsi que les batteries de 6 à 65 m3 /h étant susceptibles d"être remplacés, leurs interchangeabilités doivent être garanties quelle que soit la marque des produits. Compatibilité des équipements avec la molécule d"hydrogène.
