      4. Description of the procurement:
         

         Uusi keskussairaala Nova on käyttöönotettu 2021 tammikuussa. Rakentamisen aikana

         jakeluverkkoon toteutettiin liitäntäpisteet 400V kompensoinnille. Sähkönlaadun mittauksia on suoritettu kohteessa käyttöönoton

         jälkeen käytönaikaisella kuormituksella.

         Hankinnan kohteena on toteutettujen mittauksien perusteella mitoitettavat automaattiset

         kompensointi- ja yliaaltojen suodatuslaitteet täyteen käyttökuntoon saatettuna.

         Hankinta käsittää materiaalin, suunnittelun, valmistuksen, tehdaskoestukset, kuljetukset, koestukset, käyttöönoton,

         dokumentoinnin ja muut tarvittavat toimenpiteet laitteiden saattamiseksi täyteen toimintakuntoon tämän hankintamäärittelyn ja

         sen liiteasiakirjojen mukaisesti.
