         Hankinnan kohteena on ECMO-hoitoon tarkoitettu sydänkeuhkokone kaikenkokoisten lapsipotilaiden hoitoon sekä sen kanssa käytettäviksi sopivat, helposti ilmattavat hapettimet ja muut laitesidonnaiset kulutustarvikkeet. Laite ja siihen yhteensopiva hapetin on tarkoitettu lasten tilapäisen kriittisen verenkierto- tai hengitysvajauksen hoitoon teho-osastolla sekä osastojen tai sairaaloiden välisen kuljetuksen aikana.

         Laitesidonnaisten kulutustarvikkeiden sopimus on voimassa määräaikaisena neljä (4) vuotta, jonka jälkeen se jatkuu toistaiseksi voimassa olevana.

         Laitteelle on mahdollista solmia huoltosopimus. Huoltosopimuksen käyttöönotosta päätetään erikseen.

         Optio-oikeus kahden (2) lisälaitteen hankinnalle vuosien 2024-2027 välisenä aikana sisältyy hankintaan. Optioiden käyttöönotosta päätetään erikseen.
