         Durchführung der Sammlung von Kehricht & Sperrgut aus Haushalten und Gewerbe im Gemeindegebiet Huttwil BE. Die Gemeinde Huttwil ist der KVA der AVAG in Thun zugeteilt. Die Gemeinde schreibt den Transport des Kehrichts bis nach Langnau i. E. aus.

         Der Anbieter stellt der Gemeinde die total gesammelte Menge in Rechnung und übermittelt die bei den Haushalten & Gewerbe via Chip erfassten Mengen. Die Gemeinde stellt die Dienstleistung den Haushalten & Gewerbe in Rechnung. Ebenfalls zur Kernaufgabe gehört die Chipmontage bei der kompletten Neubechipung, Erstbezug oder Ersatz.

         Solange eine einwandfreie Dienstleistung sichergestellt ist, bleibt der Anbieter in der Routenwahl frei. Ist die Route definiert, stellt der Anbieter der Gemeinde den Routenplan in Form eines Plans zu (gilt nicht für die Angebotseingabe, sondern nur für den Anbieter mit Zuschlag).
