Description

1. This RFP is open to all interested vendors. 2. Calgary Transit is seeking a qualified advertising contractor to design, install, and operate a Digital Out of Home advertising platform within nine (9) LRT tunnels. The system must display full-motion video ads triggered by train movement and maintain a minimum 95% display uptime. Proponents must propose both a Minimum Annual Guarantee (MAG) and a Revenue Share model, with the higher of the two applied annually. The successful Proponent will be responsible for all infrastructure, safety compliance, data security, and coordination with Calgary Transit for installation and maintenance. 3. This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations. 4. The Agreement will be for an initial Term of three (3) years. The Agreement(s) may renewed, two (2) times for three (3) years each time, not to exceed nine (9) years in total.
