Description

The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals from MSSP’s who can meet our comprehensive security needs. The selected vendor will become a partner who will collaborate closely with our internal IT Teams (Cybersecurity, IT Operations, Digital Service and Project Management Office) to ensure clear role definitions and coordinated responses in the following areas:

• Security Monitoring and Incident Response (Managed Detection and Response – MDR)
• Vulnerability Management
• Security Information and Event Management (SIEM)
• Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR)
• Firewall and Network Security Management
• Threat Intel and Hunting
• Reporting and Metrics
• Additional Cyber Security services as required (Engaged via statement of work, project proposal or processional services engagement)
