Description

The City of Calgary (“The City”) requires an authorized Red Hat® Premium Partner to provide ongoing products, services, and support. The City will make purchases on an as-needed basis that may include but are not limited to: • Renewing recurring Red Hat® product maintenance and support for various end users when applicable. • Replacing, expanding or enhancing existing Red Hat products and services, including increasing licenses, subscriptions, software versions, tools, or features. • Purchasing training services directly from Red Hat for Red Hat products when required. Interested Respondents should be able to demonstrate they are authorized by Red Hat Canada Limited to the level of Premium Partner
