        1. Critère 3 : le soumissionnaire démontre qu"il dispose des autorisations nécessaires pour pouvoir fournir sur le marché belge. En particulier, le soumissionnaire doit au minimum satisfaire à toutes les dispositions légales qui sont applicables (annexe 03.4).

        2. Critère 4 : : le soumissionnaire fournit une liste des principales livraisons effectuées au cours des 3 dernières années, indiquant le montant, la date et le destinataire public ou privé (annexe 03.5).

        3. Critère 5 : le soumissionnaire dispose de certification valable ISO 13485, ISO 9001 et ISO 14001 (dans leur version la plus récente) ou, à défaut, une attestation de certification équivalente (annexe 03.6) ;
