Afin de pouvoir s"affranchir du PAD (nouvelle règlementation urbanistique à venir mais en blocage à la Région), de respecter toutes les règlementations urbanistiques en vigueur, afin de limiter les risques (et coûts) de chantier et afin de tenir compte des leçons de la crise du Corona, le projet doit être revu, tout en respectant les éléments qui ont fait qu"il ait été lauréat. Il s"agit d"une variation sur un même thème.
