Region Gotland, socialnämnden, har efter genomförande av förhandlat förfarande utan föregående annonsering enligt LOU (2016:1145) 6 kap. 14 § punkt 3 och detta meddelande, för avsikt att ingå avtal med CGI Sverige AB (556337-2191) avseende service och support av verksamhetssystemet Treserva.

Avtalstid: 7 år med möjlighet till förlängning med 2 + 2 + 2 år.

Innan avtalet tecknas tillämpas avtalsspärr till och med 2023-05-05

Äganderätten till verksamhetssystemet Treserva innehas av CGI Sverige AB. Genom befintligt avtal med CGI Sverige AB har regionen icke-exklusiv evig nyttjanderätt till verksamhetssystemet och dess avtalade programprodukter/moduler. Underhåll, support av Treserva kan därför endast tillhandahållas av CGI Sverige AB då det som anskaffas skyddas av ensamrätt.

Region Gotland annonserar, i enlighet med LOU (2016:1145) 10 kap 5 §, meddelande om frivillig förhandsinsyn i syfte att försäkra sig om att ingen annan leverantör kan tillhandahålla efterfrågad tjänst.
