         Upphandlingen avser Ramavtal för Elarbeten vid till- och ombyggnationer samt reparations-, underhålls och renoveringsarbeten av Beställarens fastighetsbestånd. Arbetena kommer att variera i storlek och omfattning och kan vara enklare reparationer t.ex. byte av ljusarmaturer, till större ombyggnationer som kan innebära både projektering och utförande av helt eller delvis nya installationer vid till- eller ombyggnation. Det är därför viktigt att Entreprenörerna har en flexibel organisation som både kan rycka ut snabbt men också kan planera och genomföra större och komplexa entreprenader. Jour ingår inte i detta ramavtal utan upphandlas separat.

         Ramavtalet avser arbeten i Beställarens hamnar, Stockholms hamn, Nynäshamns hamn och Stockholm Norviks hamn. 

         Avrop sker vid behov under ramavtalstiden.

         Upphandlingen är inte delad i avtalsområden. Entreprenören ska lämna anbud på samtliga efterfrågade tjänster. 

         Beställaren avser att teckna Ramavtal med tre (3) Entreprenören. Grunden för utvärdering är det ekonomiskt mest fördelaktiga anbuden baserat på pris.

         Ramavtalets uppskattade omsättning är tre (3) miljoner svenska kronor/år. Ramavtalets högsta värde är trettio (30) miljoner svenska kronor för hela avtalstiden på åtta (8) år. Uppskattad omsättning och högsta värde är varken bindande eller ska uppfattas som en utfästelse.

         Ramavtalet träder i kraft när Ramavtalet är undertecknat av båda Parter, dock tidigast 2023-10-01. Ramavtalet är initialt giltigt i två (2) år. Beställaren har därefter möjlighet att förlänga Ramavtalet ytterligare sex (6) år med två (2) år i taget. Maximal total avtalstid är åtta (8) år.
