corredor a Willis. Esta modificación está especificada en el apartado M Pliego. El importe total de la prórroga es de 4.874.121,00 € (IVA excluido) para prima bruta de la flota de autobuses y de 113.016,07€ (IVA excluido) para prima bruta de la Flota auxiliar.

Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

La justificación de la renovación de esta póliza es que con la misma se obtiene un sistema de aseguramiento muy específico dentro del mercado asegurador tanto para la flora de autobuses como para el parque auxiliar de EMT y de hecho tan solo se realizar por la entidad Zurich teniendo como asegurado a EMT y como corredor a Willis. Esta modificación está especificada en el apartado M Pliego. El importe total de la prórroga es de 4.874.121,00 € (IVA excluido) para prima bruta de la flota de autobuses y de 113.016,07€ (IVA excluido) para prima bruta de la Flota auxiliar.
