Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Esta prestación adicional, objeto de este modificado, se basa fundamentalmente en el aumento de horas de prestación de personal de cafeterías para atender este servicio; siendo éste gasto directo lo que más pondera para la estimación económica de este modificado al tener un impacto directo en los costes de producción y elaboración de los menús, que siempre viene determinado por la obligación legal de aplicación del C. C. Estatal del Sector Laboral de Restauración Colectiva
