         Concretamente el objeto se articula en:

         1.-El suministro (subscripción de licencias) en función de las necesidades de software de copia de seguridad y restauración de la información de los datos generados por los usuarios en O365 (backup) en modalidad de servicios en la nube integrado con los tenant O365 de APA para respaldar y restaurar los datos generados por los usuarios, así como el soporte técnico asociado (en adelante el “Suministro”). La restauración de los datos generados por los usuarios se producirá en origen, y de forma suficiente para garantizar su salvaguarda.

         2.- La Implantación técnica de la solución y soporte al proceso que permita documentar y establecer un modelo operativo que regule la solución de copias de seguridad, recuperación y las bases de la asistencia a su implementación así como la formación necesaria a los técnicos de APA.

         Se entregará un primer bloque de 8.000 a la entrada en vigor del contrato.
